Responsibilities or duties

Provide analytical support and analysis to relevant parties

Generate standard, custom and or complex reports summarizing business and technological data for review and consumption by users, business managers and other relevant stakeholders.

Analyze and or collate business/trend data to support recommendations for action, building of business cases and post implementation reviews of Technology initiatives .

Drive uptake and adoption of existing and new technologies, features and artefacts

Participate in the development and execution of service level agreements between technology that are depend on them and to ensure that, where formal agreements are needed, they are documented, signed off and properly stored?

Ensure that the services of communications teams in the bank are contracted. Communicate the process and service expectations from the communications team to the business area. Facilitate engagement with the communications team on request.

Collaborating with different departments and teams across the organization, such as sales, marketing, finance, operations, and human resources, to align goals, share insights, and drive coordinated efforts towards improving overall performance

Providing Management with insights on current performance and any risks and opportunities compared to targets.

Collate industry performance trends, benchmarking against competition, and provide business intelligence to senior management to inform stakeholders.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Track and measure KPI’s and monthly, quarterly, yearly achievement against agreed KPI’s.

Regularly engage with the technology units to review operational performance and system stability for all systems in use.

Preparing of performance management packs for business directors, units heads

Providing performance commentary and insights, risks and opportunities to budgets to set targets

Interpreting data for the purpose of determining the root causes of past performance, costing and operational performance to inform recommendations and decision making

Qualifications or requirements

Academic & Professional

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Business related field RQ

Master’s Degree

Masters in Business Adminitration AA

Experience needed

Total Minimum No of Years’ Experience Required 8 years

Detail –Minimum No of Years Need Type[1]

Demonstrated track record of strategy formulation for large enterprises in industry verticals with large digital user communities 4 ES

Outstanding, demonstrated visualization skills -

Samples of PPT’s required to be submitted 4 ES

Excellent interpersonal skills,with a track record of previous working relationships 4 ES

Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and digital trends in financial services and Telco’s 3 ES
