Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

  • Make Inbound and Outbound Calls to prospective clients
  • Proactively contact existing and potential customers to promote banking products and services
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions (e.g., loans, accounts, cards)
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the system
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner
  • Handle customer objections professionally and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a Business related field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in Telesales
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management
  • Sales-driven with strong negotiation abilities
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection
  • Time management and ability to meet targets under pressure
  • Basic financial product knowledge
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and computer applications
