About the Role
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to introduce M-KOPA’s mobility products (electric motorcycles). Your goal is to convert leads into sales, manage customer relationships, and maintain accurate records to help drive financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Guide leads through the sales conversion process.
- Foster strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage databases.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends and improve performance.
Required Expertise
- Experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in sales/lead management tools.
- Ability to meet conversion and talk time targets.
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and insights.
