About the Role

You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to introduce M-KOPA’s mobility products (electric motorcycles). Your goal is to convert leads into sales, manage customer relationships, and maintain accurate records to help drive financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Guide leads through the sales conversion process.
  • Foster strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage databases.

Required Expertise

  • Experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
