Our client, a reputable textile manufacturing company in Greece, is seeking skilled and reliable Textile Workers to join their production team. Successful candidates will work in a modern textile factory and contribute to various stages of textile processing, including sewing, weaving, dyeing, machine operation, and fabric handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate textile machinery for weaving, cutting, sewing, or dyeing tasks.
- Inspect and prepare fabrics according to production requirements.
- Maintain and monitor textile equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow safety procedures and factory standards at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to meet daily production targets.
- Keep a clean and organized work area.
Job Requirements
- Men and women aged 23 to 40 years old.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a textile worker.
- Practical knowledge in operating textile machinery and tasks such as sewing, weaving, cutting, or dyeing.
- Ability to provide video proof of work, demonstrating textile skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast‑paced factory environment.
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to adapt to workplace processes.
Benefits
- Monthly salary of 750€ (≈113,000 KES) net, based on a schedule of 5 days per we
- Free accommodation near the worksite in a furnished shared apartment (electricity & water included) with 1–2 Kenyan colleagues.
- Free public health insurance under the Greek state system.
- 1‑year renewable employment contract.
- No limit on future contracts, supporting long‑term living and working opportunities in Greece.
