Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ticketing Specialist to join our team. The Ticketing Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of flight and tour bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.

Responsibilities

• Book flights, accommodations, and tour packages for clients.
• Manage client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Process payments and ensure all financial transactions are accurate.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
• Prepare travel itineraries and documents for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Ticketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of travel destinations and tour operations is an advantage.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on ticketing.
