Position Summary

The Tooling & Automation Lead is a Senior Manager-level role responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing the technology tools and automation capabilities that underpin KPMG T&I's delivery operations. This role removes manual effort from the delivery workflow - automating governance, reporting, communication, and testing processes - and ensures that KPMG T&I's internal delivery infrastructure keeps pace with the growing scale and complexity of the portfolio. As AI-powered tooling increasingly transforms professional services delivery, this role ensures KPMG T&I remains at the leading edge of technology-enabled service delivery.

Academic/ Professional qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification in at least one automation or DevOps platform (Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Robotic Process Automation, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technology delivery or operations, with at least 3 years in a tooling, automation, or DevOps engineering role.
  • Hands-on experience building automation workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (Power Automate, Zapier, Make) or scripting (Python, PowerShell).
  • Experience with project management tooling (Jira, ADO, Smartsheet) and portfolio reporting automation.
  • Exposure to AI-powered productivity tools and their application in professional services delivery
