Job Description

Salary Scale: Ksh.28,620 x 1,110 -29,730 x 1,120 -30,850 x 1,150 -32,000 x 1,170-33,1701.250- 34.420 x 1.300 - 35,720 x 1,380-37,100 p.m.

Duties and Responsibilities

Identifying potential tourism products and preparing simple reports; identifying small and medium Tourism Enterprises (SMTE’s) and community-based tourism projects; collecting information for development of tourism guide books and tourism, statistics; and identifying suitable locations for mounting tourist signages.

Requirements & Qualifications

For appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have: -

Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Tourism, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Marketing, Tours and Travel Operations and,

Certificate in Computer application

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
