Job Brief

Our Client is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Tours Consultant – Drifters & Leisure to manage the day-to-day servicing of the Drifters account while supporting wider leisure tours operations. This role is operationally intensive, customer-facing, and commercially sensitive, requiring strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering seamless leisure travel experiences.

Responsibilities or duties

Manage all aspects of tour bookings for the Drifters account, acting as the main point of contact for clients and partners while ensuring accurate arrangements and timely coordination with suppliers.

Support the execution of leisure tours by preparing itineraries, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring quality control across all bookings.

Respond promptly to client inquiries, professionally address customer feedback and complaints, ensure tours meet client expectations and brand standards, and build strong working relationships with repeat clients.

Manage accurate pricing and margin application for all bookings, flag discrepancies to management, support finance with invoicing and documentation, and ensure compliance with internal approval and discounting procedures.

Maintain accurate reservation records in line with internal SOPs, support basic reporting on bookings and operational issues, and adhere to company policies and data protection standards.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Diploma in Tour Operations, Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, or a related field.

Strong skills in tour costing, itinerary planning, and supplier coordination.

Proficiency in Tourplan, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is an added advantage.

Experience needed

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in tour operations, reservations, or leisure travel.
