Background

Aprivate company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training and Capacity Building Lead to spearhead high-impact CBC training programmes for teachers and schools across Kenya.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of effective CBC training programs.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of training delivery, ensuring quality and impact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers, school administrators, and educational stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making data-driven improvements.
• Contribute to the overall strategy and growth of Storymoja's capacity building initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 7–15+ years of experience in teacher training or education programs.
• Proven track record of leading successful training initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the Kenyan education system and CBC curriculum.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Kiswahili is essential.
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
