ABOUT THE JOB
As ROSE Women's Foundation continues to broaden its reach and deepen its impact, we are seeking a dedicated, spiritually grounded, and skilled Training Facilitator to join its vibrant team. The ideal candidate will skillfully deliver engaging and transformative training sessions focused on discipleship, entrepreneurship, and trauma healing—empowering women to deepen their faith, achieve emotional healing, and attain economic empowerment.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Training Facilitator is responsible for delivering high-quality, impactful training sessions in entrepreneurship, discipleship, and trauma healing. This role ensures that participants gain practical life skills while receiving spiritual empowerment to transform their communities.
The Facilitator will conduct interactive learning sessions, provide mentorship to participants, and collaborate with the program team to support data collection and reporting. A strong personal commitment to daily spiritual growth, maturity, and a heartfelt passion for holistic women's empowerment are essential for success in this role.
EDUCATIONAL AND COLLATERAL REQUIREMENTS
- A Diploma or higher qualification in Education, Business, Community Development, Psychology, Theology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience facilitating adult training programs.
- Demonstrated spiritual maturity and a personal relationship with Christ, characterised by integrity, humility, and a commitment to Christian values.
- Proven ability to engage diverse learners and foster an inclusive, inspiring, and transformative learning environment.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and mentorship skills, with the capacity to motivate and guide women toward personal and economic growth.
- Experience with data collection, reporting, and proficiency in digital tools (e.g., Google Forms, Excel, Taroworks, or KoboToolbox) is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated passion for women's empowerment, entrepreneurship, discipleship, healing, and holistic transformation.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Facilitate entrepreneurship, discipleship, and trauma healing training sessions in alignment with the organization's approved curriculum.
- Deliver participatory, learner-centered sessions that foster engagement, reflection, and practical application of skills.
- Guide women entrepreneurs in developing business plans, enhancing financial literacy, and applying effective business management techniques.
- Lead discipleship and trauma healing sessions that promote spiritual growth and provide a safe, supportive environment for emotional healing and faith deepening.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of women participants in partnership with community stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits to reinforce training content, evaluate participant progress, and provide tailored mentorship and support.
- Collect and maintain training data, success stories, and participant feedback for monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Programs to review and adapt training modules to local contexts, ensuring consistency with the organization's mission and quality standards.
- Uphold the organization's faith-based values by integrating biblical principles and spiritual development throughout the training process.
- Participate actively in team planning sessions, learning forums, and capacity-building efforts to enhance program effectiveness and impact.
