JOB SUMMARY

The Treasury Accountant will be responsible for managing hospital cash flow, banking operations, payments, and reconciliations, ensuring effective fund utilization and compliance with financial controls.

• Manage daily cash flow, bank balances, and fund utilization
• Monitor hospital receipts, patient payments, and reconciliations
• Handle bank transactions, patient payments, and vendor payments
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and treasury reports
• Coordinate with banks for loans, guarantees, and facilities
• Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and procedures
• Support audit and internal financial reviews
• Reporting and documentation
• Banking relations and compliance
• Budget relations and compliance

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical skills in accounting applications and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical skills

• Bachelor’s degree: Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• 3 years of experience in treasury, accounting (hospital or healthcare experience preferred)
• Professional qualification: ACCA/CPA/CA
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Good analytical and communication skills
