JOB DETAILS:

What you'll be doing:

• Recruiting, training and developing independent agents and Direct Sales Force
• Achieving manpower and sales budgets
• Sourcing quality and sustainable business for the company
• Growing the business with the set business mix
• Ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements

What we're looking for:

• Minimum KCSE Grade C Plain
• Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
• At least 3 years experience in General Insurance sales
• A degree or diploma in a business-related field is an added advantage
