JOB DETAILS:
Role Summary:
To provide efficient, friendly, and professional table service to all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Taking:
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods.
Service:
Serve food and drinks following the correct sequence and etiquette.
Table Maintenance:
Clear tables, reset cutlery, and ensure the dining area is tidy.
Guest Relations:
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests.
Side Duties:
Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and folding napkins.
Qualifications:
KCSE Certificate. Previous waiter experience preferred but training will be provided for the right attitude.
