Key Responsibilities.

Greet and welcome all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner. Know all menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet by heart and gives recommendations to guests upon request.

Prepare food and beverages for service to guests and present food according to established health and presentation standards.

Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner. Clean and/or wipe down tables, chairs, walls, windows and floors as necessary.

Accurately punches the food and beverage orders on to the Point of Sales systems and ensure bill settlement as per the stipulated operating procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Food and Beverage Service, Hotel and Hospitality Management or a related field from a recognized institution.

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a waiter in a 4-star hotel or upscale hospitality establishment.

Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and ability to explain menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods confidently.

Proficiency in English is a must and knowledge of a foreign language is desirable.

Competence in POS systems and cash handling.
