Job Summary

The Waiter will provide professional and attentive table service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience from arrival through completion of their meal.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Present menus and explain available food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle customer requests and complaints courteously.
• Maintain clean and properly arranged tables and service areas.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
• Process or communicate bills accurately where required.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and restaurant service standards.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience as a waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
