Job Opportunity: Waiter/Waitress & Bartender (Hybrid Role)

Location : Gigiri

We are seeking a vibrant and customer-focused individual to join our team in Gigiri as a Waiter/Waitress (70%) with additional responsibilities as a Bartender (30%).

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent table service to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with standard recipes
• Engage with customers to create a warm and enjoyable dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and bar areas
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues courteously

Requirements :

• Energetic, bubbly, and outgoing personality
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently engage and interact with customers
• Basic knowledge or experience in preparing alcoholic drinks/cocktails is an added advantage
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
