About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Responsibilities
Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests.
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-oriented attitude.
