JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE
To deliver high-quality food service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff in a timely and courteous manner. This role involves ensuring a pleasant dining experience while adhering to hospital protocols and dietary guidelines.
Academic and professional qualifications
1. Certificate /Diploma in Hospitality or related Field
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in a busy hospital
3. Food handler's certification
4. Certificate of Good Conduct
Key Competencies
1. Ability to navigate various hospital environments and transport food items safely.
2. Good communication (written and verbal) skills, including well developed presentation skills.
3. Ability to work with minimal supervision
4. Customer centric
