Job Role

We are seeking a Waitress to join the team at a Ultra Luxury Beachfront Hotel in Mombasa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and potential allergens.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction with their meals and service.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
• Prepare checks and present them to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
