WE ARE HIRING – WORKSHOP MANAGER

Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer with solid experience in bus or fleet workshop operations? We are seeking a results-driven Workshop Manager with hands-on experience in reputable fleet transport companies

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to ensure fleet efficiency, safety, and reliability.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily maintenance and repair of buses and trucks
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, manpower, and resources
• Supervise mechanics and ensure proper documentation
• Oversee breakdown recovery and major repair works
• Maintain service records and enforce safety standards
• Prepare daily maintenance and performance reports

? Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven fleet workshop experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work rotational shifts
