About the role
We currently have a 3-12 month internship available within our Sales & Marketing Team. The Intern will play a key role within the team especially building our content and collateral, assisting with campaigns, PR execution, engagement, brand building and researching relevant events and conferences within the sector. We are looking for a genuine self-starter who has ability, potential, and a thirst to learn and grow as the company does. Contract: fixed-term contract (with 3 month probation period)

Duties and Responsibilities
PR & Marketing responsibilities include:
• Assisting with the content on our new website and all of our materials
• Playing a leading role in building marketing campaigns and promotions, including cross promotions, partnerships with other companies, and supporting our digital marketing team

Roles And Responsibilities:
• Servicing business, i.e. brokers, agents and direct clients. This will include quoting for both individual and Corporate business, providing customer service to all walk in client, brokers and agents (issuing polices and letters to the Embassy).
• Identification of new business opportunities that will assist in achieving growth targets.
• Identification and recruitment of travel agents, agents, brokers and be able to train the intermediaries on the online portal.
• Setting up meetings, preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.
• Participating in collection of premium for new and renewed business due.

Knowledge and Experience
• At least 3 years proven experience as a Brand Manager, Innovation Manager, New Business Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst or other relevant position, including high performance in the full range of new product/new business development activities (researching opportunities and compiling reports on the state of the industries, trend
• forecasts, and competitive analysis, designing, executing, developing business cases, and managing identified opportunities, etc.)
• Practical experience in having developed and being involved in the launch of a new product, or conceptualized a viable new business opportunity.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or any related field
• Post-graduation professional certificate

• Reporting to Head of Terminal the job holder will be responsible for ensuring continuous attainment of the company’s revenue targets securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing accounts.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Formulating and implementation marketing strategy and long-term business plans;
• Develop work plan and budgets for the department for approval;
• Overseeing the execution of marketing work plan and budgets;
• Delivery of agreed revenue and objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis,
• Conduct and deliver sales pipelines.

• Provide weekly and monthly reports, data, research and market intelligence to the CFS’S Manager, highlighting business performance, competitive landscape and recommendations
• Track progress against revenue targets and provide weekly and monthly progress reports
