JOB PURPOSE
To oversee the quality assurance and control in program management, class administration, and coordination while building and cultivating sustainable key relationships with participants as well as national and international partners.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Quality Assurance and Control: Designing and continuously updating programme processes, procedures, and guidelines in line with stipulated SBS programme standards.
• Programme Administration: Ensuring high quality standards are maintained in programme material preparation, faculty evaluation and feedback analysis, applications processing, invoicing and admission processes, programme scheduling as well as facilities bookings.
• Programme Logistics and Management: Working closely with support departments like finance, cafeteria, marketing, coaching and other service providers to ensure programmes logistics are effectively in place to ensure that they run as expected.
• Faculty Relations: Ensure faculty and programmes reviews are held in a timely manner as expected. Manage the faculty database and faculty bench at different levels.
• Budgetary Responsibility: Ensure that the SBS programme fee payment policies are adhered to. Oversee programmes budgetary management to ensure that profitability margins are met or exceeded.
• Management of Partner Schools Programmes: Plan, organize and oversee the execution of the international programmes.
• Debt management: Responsible for debt collection and adherence to fee payment policy in liaison with programme administrators.
• Programme Guests: Maintain and manage the programme guests’ database working closely with the respective stakeholders to avoid overlaps.
• Client Relationship Management: Continually devise ways to increase customer experience and deepen participant relationships to maintain lasting client and partner relationships.
• Business Development: Network with participants in order to identify and follow up on sales leads and referrals from participants. Continually generate more business opportunities for growth.
• Team leadership and supervision: Responsible for orientation, training, performance evaluation and development of team members within the unit.
• Management Reports: Prepare management reports on coordination activities as per agreed timelines. Ensure timely preparation and submission of progress reports for clients for on- going and concluded projects.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Director, Graduate Programmes

JOB REQUIREMENTS
The post holder will be required to have and demonstrate evidence of the following qualifications, attributes, and skills:
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from a recognized institution
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience in an administrative position preferably with experience in student administration or equivalent experience working in a busy office in an administrative role
• Proven time management and organizational skills, delivering work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail with minimal supervision.
• Effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to positively discuss and negotiate with clients, members of the business community and university staff in the provision of professional quality client service.
• Good people skills, good communication skills, strong analytical skills, and a team player.

Key responsibilities for the role include:
• Provide a safe and secure environment for children to feel comfortable.
• Plan and execute appropriate activities for the children each day according to the curriculum, schemes of work and lesson plans.
• Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in imaginative play.
• Instruct and monitor students in the use and care of equipment and materials, in order to prevent injuries and damage.
• Organize and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental, and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, and storytelling.
• Prepare materials, classrooms, and other indoor and outdoor spaces to facilitate creative play, learning and motor-skill activities, and safety.
• Observe and evaluate each child’s progress and provide a written report to the Principal through line manager(s) and other school leaders and parents.
• Monitor and keep record/ reports of the children’s progress and development.
• Instruct students individually and in groups, adapting teaching methods to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Assimilate arriving children to the school environment by greeting them and selecting activities of interest to them.
• Establish and enforce rules for behavior, and policies and procedures to maintain order among students.
