Who will be responsible for the following activities:
Sales management:
• Develop the East Africa sales plan for LendXS, based on agreed sales targets;
• Develop a sales funnel & manage the end-to-end sales process, which includes the identification of prospects & to develop these into new & happy clients for LendXS;
• Initiate & execute up& cross-selling activities for LendXS & between FACS & LendXS;
• Develop weekly sales activity plan, track sales activity and report these in the sales funnel & internal reports/MIS;
• Prepare high-quality LendXS sales presentations which address the identified client needs, visit prospective clients, present demo’s, actively follow up & lead all business development activities for LendXS;
• Draft proposals, negotiate contract terms or execute LendXS client contracts;

Networking and others (30%):
• Maintain strong relationship with business partners, which includes grant funders, technology partners & relevant sector associations;
• Initiate & participate in the organization of sales events, webinars, conferences, & other sales-related initiatives and actively publicize these on social media & other means;
• Be actively engaged in after sales process & maintain close contact with LendXS technical implementation & client service managers to ensure ongoing client satisfaction & quality assurance (QA);

Job Description
COMMERCIAL ORGANISATION & REPORTING
• Carry out customers, markets, partnerships and competition analysis in accordance with the strategic orientations, targets and sale & growth objectives defined in the commercial action plan for the geographic perimeter.
• Support the Tender Unit Manager in the preparation of commercial performance reporting

COMMERCIAL PROSPECTING & DETECTION OF LEADS
• Commercial prospecting in accordance with Egis’s business development strategy: identifying and understanding the (existing or potential) client’s needs, the competition, the decision-making process, the operation environment, the skills required, the environment, etc.
• Projects forecast and Tenders advertisement monitoring and follow up through a frequent browse of the clients and information website, together with other relevant electronic or paper press
• Analyse business opportunities
• Sound out and assess the internal and/or external partnerships (co-contracting and/or subcontracting) necessity
• Prepare, organise and manage the Go/No Go decision process
• Manage the KYC process
• Record the Commercial information in the CRM tool

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EoI) / APPLICATION PRODUCTION
• Lead, organise, supervise and be responsible for the preparation and submission of all EoI and applications
• Draft the tender review validating our commitments for the Manager(s) in charge of the Bid/No Bid decision
• Record the tender review file and Bid/No Bid decision
• Responsible for the collection of all required administrative and commercial documentation, including formatting, translations and certifications (if required)
• Responsible for the selection of references from Egis’ Group reference database based on the Client’s requirements, selection criteria and regulatory framework
• Support the Tender Unit Manager in the activities of Staff identification and selection based on the Client’s requirements, selection criteria and regulatory framework
• Responsible for the coordination and cohesion of internal and external partners with which Egis wish to express its interest
• Prepare, finalise and formalise internal and external partnerships, in close relation with the Tender Unit Manager
• Responsible for ensuring that the outputs (CVs, references, profiles, declarations, etc.), quality and competitiveness of the EoI comply with the Client’s and Egis Group’s requirements and standards
• Minimum level of education required
• 3-Diploma of Higher Education / Associate’s Degree / BTEC Higher National Diploma
