Main Responsibilities
• Create game changing brand experiences that bring the consumer into our brands and deliver loyalty and commitment.
• Innovation is at the heart; you work across all functions to build best tasting products that tell a story the customer cannot ignore
• Manage and own advertising budget within brands’ P&L to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans, fuelling top line sales and maximizing margin / operating income.
• Lead the marketing organization to raise brands awareness and ensure best in class execution with integrated sales & marketing plans, tools, and creative assets.
• Develop the marketing organization both from a structural and talent development standpoint.
• Champion consumer insights throughout the organization to ensure sustainable growth of the business and optimal brands’ equity.
• Drive collaboration between Marketing and Sales and incorporate feedback to continuously improve marketing vision / strategy and overall GTM integration.
• Best practice strategy and execution in digital and PR – drive our brand awareness via owned and earned channels, working to create and run successful influencer events, responding to press office needs and enquiries and, in partnership with our CMO, agreeing strategic direction of all brand comms

About You
Minimum Requirements
• Marketing or Business Degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Head of Marketing position or similar and minimum 10 years of experience of Marketing
• Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Diverse experience and passion for leading a team, combining the unique traits of the country teams to achieve the very best result
• Proven track record of managing local, regional and global stakeholders to achieve the Upfield's Marketing agenda
• FMCG brand experience and capability with a track record of nurturing and growing brands
• Fully understand the commercial journey and possess strong financial acumen
• Willing to travel (10-15% of your time)

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement aggressive sales strategies and executing plans

• Proactively work with the team to ensure debt collection is within credit periods.
• Conduct staff performance appraisal as prescribed by HR.

Role Brief:
As a Retail Supervisor you will be driving the key metrics of a shop: Sales, Installation, and Repossession. You will have the opportunity to build and manage a network of agents, technicians, and one shop manager.

• Responsible for technicians’ performance

• Responsible to implement a marketing strategy in coordination with Retail Area Manager

What we are looking for:
• A degree in a business-related field with background preferably in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
• Have prior experience in sales management with a deeper understanding of Route to Market Strategies,
• We are not looking for the “striker” of a football team but the head coach
• Be willing to live in rural areas, the role is set in rural areas,
• You will be located at a shop which are in secondary towns
• Be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal communication, listening, and phone skills
