Responsibilities
• To approach and pitch products to stockists and manage both the existing and new accounts
• To provide ongoing technical support to the stockiest and ensure sales targets for each stockist are met.
• To actively seek and implement new ways to increase sales revenue and continuously hit set sales targets.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
• To process clients, restock orders within reasonable timelines.
• To gather market intelligence and communicate the same to management so as enhance business performance
• Undertake competitor and market analysis and communicate the same to management.

Responsibilities
• Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Take solutions and consultative sell approach to ensure clients’ needs are accurately met. Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.
• Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the software solutions and services offered by the company.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules
• Present/communicate and sell company solutions, products, and services to potential clients
• Utilizing your considerable company product knowledge and your knowledge of competitor products to create value propositions that differentiate from competitors to address specific vertical industry challenges and cross-segment capabilities
• Sell our portfolio of products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
• Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.
• Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals.
• Close sales in a consultative, longer sales cycle, higher price point environment
• Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the account management team.

Who you are:
• 5+ years of, sales, or marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field;
