Role Overview:

PAW.A254 seeks talented creatives specializing in animation, cartooning, videography, illustration, and related fields to collaborate on an innovative campaign integrating Augmented Reality (AR) with art. The project aims to advance youth participation in democratic processes through immersive, technology-driven artistic expressions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create original artwork, animations, illustrations, or videos aligned with the theme of democracy and youth engagement.
2. Collaborate with the PAW.A254 team to integrate artworks with Augmented Reality (AR) technology.
3. Ensure content is engaging, culturally relevant, and accessible to youth audiences.
4. Participate in virtual or in-person meetings to align creative output with campaign goals.
5. Revise and refine artworks based on feedback from the project team.
6. Meet project deadlines and contribute to the overall creative vision of the campaign.
7. Promote the campaign through personal or professional networks (optional).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in animation, cartooning, videography, illustration, or related creative fields.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant skills and style (digital or traditional art).
• Basic understanding of technology-driven art (e.g., AR, digital integration) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Passion for democratic processes, youth engagement, and social change.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Openness to feedback and iterative creative processes.
