Our client, a key player in the real estate industry is looking for a Junior Designer.

The Junior Designer supports the Art Director in delivering high-quality design materials across digital, social, and integrated marketing campaigns. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow within a creative environment.

Responsibilities or duties

Design Production & Asset Creation

  • Produce design assets based on established creative direction, brand guidelines, and project needs.
  • Adapt and version artwork for multiple platforms, formats, and deliverables (social, web, emails, OOH, etc.).
  • Prepare final files for delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to specs.

Creative Support

  • Collaborate closely with the Art Director throughout the iteration rounds, and rollout phases.
  • Assist in building campaign materials, templates, and toolkits to support larger launches and ongoing initiatives.
  • Contribute to team brainstorms and offer visual ideas to support campaign development.

Video & Digital Content Editing

  • Edit short-form videos, animations, and/or motion graphics for digital channels, including social media, website content, and digital ads.
  • Optimize visuals and videos for platform-specific requirements, maintaining high quality while meeting fast turnaround needs.
  • Maintain organized video project files, assets, and exports.

Quality Control & Delivery

  • Review creative materials for accuracy, brand alignment, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Support file management, asset organization, and documentation across projects.

Qualifications or requirements

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, production design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, responsive to feedback, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
