LEAD - SALES & OPERATIONS (THIKA & RUIRU)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and manage sales admin team to achieve revenue targets, including developing sales strategies, forecasting, and market expansion plans.

2. Oversee administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, compliance with company policies, and smooth coordination across departments.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

4. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

5. Develop and enforce operational procedures, including sales reporting & inventory oversight and planning coordination

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or related field

2. 5–8 years’ experience in FMCG sales operations / sales admin leadership

3. Strong SAP/ERP & Excel reporting skills

4. Excellent coordination, analytical & leadership abilities
