Responsibilities or duties

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Life Insurance Sales Representative based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients and providing tailored life insurance solutions. Daily tasks include building client relationships, understanding their insurance needs, presenting suitable insurance options, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves guiding clients through the application process and offering exceptional customer service to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Proficiency in Insurance Sales, with a strong ability to engage clients effectively

Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices

Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships

Demonstrated expertise in Sales strategies and techniques

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
