The People & Culture Manager will lead the development and implementation of people-centric strategies to foster a positive organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and support talent management across multiple African regions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of hybrid work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  2. Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  3. Drive employee engagement programs and promote a inclusive workplace culture.
  4. Oversee performance management, feedback systems, and career development pathways.
  5. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with local labor laws.
  6. Design and implement learning and development programs.
  7. Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and report on people operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a hybrid/multi-country context.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations in one or more of the specified countries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and intercultural collaboration skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and remote work tools.
