Background

Kazicloud is recruiting two (2) Sales Representatives on behalf of our client, Tanda Foods, a fast-growing provider of premium dried beef and mutton snacks.

We are seeking highly motivated and target-driven individuals who can build strong customer relationships and drive consistent sales performance across Nairobi and surrounding regions.

Key Benefits

  • Competitive Retainer: KES 30,000 per month
  • Motorbike maintenance allowance: KES 5,000 per month
  • Communication allowance: KES 2,000 per month
  • Attractive commission structure
  • Company-provided motorbike
  • Flexible working hours based on field demands

Role Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Visit retail shops, bars, hotels, restaurants, tourist outlets, and convenience stores to take orders and grow product presence
  • Conduct in-store activations, tastings, and other promotional activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, and tourism channels
  • Ensure proper merchandising and visibility of Tanda products across partner outlets

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
  • Valid motorcycle licence and ability to travel daily within the territory
  • Self-driven, well-presented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with the Nairobi market is an added advantage

Nairobi, Kenya (with field travel)
