Role Overview:

Customer-focused sales professional for fast-paced environment, passionate about sales, customer service, retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales via telesales, walk-ins, online orders.
  • Manage/resolve customer complaints/feedback.
  • Maintain/grow loyal customer base.
  • Promote/cross-sell all products.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, online.
  • Provide order status updates.
  • Coordinate with dispatch for deliveries.
  • Assist payment processing and follow-ups.
  • Manage subscription customers.
  • Process online orders/inquiries.
  • Oversee factory shop operations (stock control, FIFO, cleanliness, display).
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales/service reports.
  • Conduct customer trainings/visits.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven sales/customer service experience. 1-3 years in customer service role.

Academic:

Degree/Diploma in Business Admin/Management, Sales & Marketing, or PR.

Skills:

Strong communication/interpersonal skills; good leadership/customer relationship management; proficiency in Microsoft Apps/database handling.

Added Advantage:

Retail shop and online order management experience.

Other:

Ability to work independently in rural-based, fast-paced environment.
