We are seeking a qualified Assistant Finance Manager- Internal Controls to;

Lead the coordination of internal and external audits, ensuring IFRS compliance and timely submission of all month -end bank returns.

Oversee reconciliation processes for all bank and suspense accounts; substantiate trial balances and investigate data anomalies.

Drive the bank's risk management programs, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and tracking corrective actions across all units.

Execute cashflow forecasting and management while reporting on the performance of enterprise financial plans meetings.

Requirements

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical acumen with a proven track record of resolving complex workflow issues.

A proactive mindset focused on process optimization andbest-practice implementation

Ability to perform effectively under pressure and accept varied responsibilities.

Excellent organizational skills to ensure efficient and productive work.

Ability to champion risk management processes and oversee compliance programs.

Qualifications

Business-related degree from a reputable university. Full CPA (K) certification.

5+ years of experience.

Mastery of IFRS, regulatory requirements, and banking procedures.

High-level oral and written skills for reporting and liaison.

Proven ability to investigate data anomalies and resolve workflow issues.

Innovative approach to best-practice improve- ments and risk mitigation.
