About the Role

BRAC Kenya is seeking a Client Relationship Officer to drive financial inclusion in rural communities. You’ll work directly with clients to onboard members, manage group meetings, process loans, and ensure timely collections—all while empowering women, youth, and underserved populations through responsible microfinance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client selection and onboarding using digital tools
• Coordinate group formation, governance, and training sessions
• Process loan applications and conduct credit appraisals
• Facilitate loan disbursements and pre‑disbursement orientations
• Monitor collections and manage delinquency respectfully
• Handle client complaints and ensure service excellence

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Finance, Banking, Business, or related field
• Strong customer service and communication skills (English + local dialect)
• Experience with digital payment platforms (e.g., M‑PESA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and online tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
