We’re looking for an experienced Manager – Procurement, Facilities & Administration to oversee strategic sourcing of goods and services while maximizing cost-efficiency and maintaining compliance with procurement guidelines. This position will also manage facility operations and administrative functions, creating a secure, productive, and well-maintained work environment that supports the organisation’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement
- Develop & execute the Bank’s Annual Procurement Plan
- Lead procurement processes per approved policies & regulations
- Approve IFOs, RFPs, and supplier payments. Conduct market surveys for competitive pricing & quality
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts & performance
- Maintain inventory records & submit procurement reports
- Secretary to the Procurement Committee
Administration
- Develop & enforce SOPs for procurement & facilities
- Manage travel, accommodation & admin support
- Lead asset disposal per internal policies
- Approve maintenance requests & work completion certificates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Diploma in Procurement & Supply Chain Management (mandatory)
- Property Management certification (added advantage)
- 5–4 years in procurement, facilities or administration.
- Proven track record managing multi-vendor contracts & $1A3
- Strong knowledge of procurement regulations & procedures

- Develop & implement facility maintenance plans
- Oversee construction, renovation, and projects
- Ensure OSH, safety & equipment compliance
- Manage office space planning & ergonomics
- Handle lease negotiations, renewals & payments
- Track and maintain all equipment
Fuel Management
- Oversee fleet servicing, compliance & management
- Implement & monitor $1A3 with service providers
People & Performance
- Lead, mentor & develop high-performing teams.
- Set objectives & monitor KPIs.
- Foster accountability, excellence & continuous improvement.
Key Skills
- Stalled in negotiation, vendor management, planning & multitasking. Analytical, proficient in M$ Office and procurement systems. High integrity with strong communication, leadership & ability to perform customer pressure. Knowledge of health, safety & compliance required.
