We’re looking for an experienced Manager – ProcurementFacilities & Administration to oversee strategic sourcing of goods and services while maximizing cost-efficiency and maintaining compliance with procurement guidelines. This position will also manage facility operations and administrative functions, creating a secure, productive, and well-maintained work environment that supports the organisation’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

  • Develop & execute the Bank’s Annual Procurement Plan
  • Lead procurement processes per approved policies & regulations
  • Approve IFOs, RFPs, and supplier payments. Conduct market surveys for competitive pricing & quality
  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts & performance
  • Maintain inventory records & submit procurement reports
  • Secretary to the Procurement Committee

Administration

  • Develop & enforce SOPs for procurement & facilities
  • Manage travel, accommodation & admin support
  • Lead asset disposal per internal policies
  • Approve maintenance requests & work completion certificates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related field
  • Diploma in Procurement & Supply Chain Management (mandatory)
  • Property Management certification (added advantage)
  • 5–4 years in procurement, facilities or administration.
  • Proven track record managing multi-vendor contracts & $1A3
  • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations & procedures

  • Develop & implement facility maintenance plans
  • Oversee construction, renovation, and projects
  • Ensure OSH, safety & equipment compliance

  • Handle lease negotiations, renewals & payments
  • Track and maintain all equipment

Fuel Management

  • Oversee fleet servicing, compliance & management
  • Implement & monitor $1A3 with service providers

People & Performance

  • Lead, mentor & develop high-performing teams.
  • Set objectives & monitor KPIs.
  • Foster accountability, excellence & continuous improvement.

Key Skills

  • Stalled in negotiation, vendor management, planning & multitasking. Analytical, proficient in M$ Office and procurement systems. High integrity with strong communication, leadership & ability to perform customer pressure. Knowledge of health, safety & compliance required.
