We are seeking a qualified Senior Officer-Debt recovery to support effective debt recovery and manage litigation risk while safe-guarding the Bank's interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage debt collection & non-performing loan recovery across Coastal region.
• Conduct customer visits for negotiations, settlements & relationship management.
• Maximize recoveries while maintaining profitability & compliance.
• Collaborate with branches, Head Office team and external legal partners.
• Handle collateral assessments, property auctions and disposal strategies.
