Key Requirements:
• Find new sales channels, domestic and international.
• Find B2B buyers, communicate and generate sales.
• Participate in events, physical and virtual.
• Meet monthly sales targets. Sales targets will be based on new sales and re-orders.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads.
• Work together with Directors to come up with new and innovative campaigns.
• Work together with Directors to make commercial targets every month.
• Make weekly and monthly reports for the company.
• In charge of all B2B and B2C accounts. Build, manage and maintain relationships with accounts. Domestic and international.
• Keep track of orders, follow up on re-orders, and ensure the account is well served.
• Prepare sales to report for clients.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a business development officer for a retail store.
• Eloquent and good command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Time management and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience working on one or more projects while simultaneously engaged in more progressively complex proposal roles.
• In-depth experience and understanding of the Kenyan market.

About Role
As a Sales Team Lead, you will be in charge of the Sales Agents in your territory. You will be responsible for managing sales, ensuring that targets are attained, and handling clients in the territory. You have to be dynamic, self-motivated, have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
Recruitment and training.
• Source, identify and recruit astute and goal-oriented sales agents who will be willing and capable of selling SunCulture products
• Train, and onboard the sales agents to ensure they have all been set up for success in bringing in sales and meeting the company KPIs

Team Management
• Carry out daily and weekly check-ins with the teams to ensure there is maximum productivity
• Track Lead generation and selling processes of the sales agents
• Coordinate aftersales customer service to ensure brand strength

Sales
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager in developing and establishing clear sales KPIs meant to be exceeded by the sales agents
• Monitor and push for numbers closures when it comes to the sales targets on the selling of SunCulture commodities
• Establish a rapport with the clients and also the community in ensuring that all the clusters allocated are fully utilized and understand SunCulture products and brand

Duties and Responsibilities
• Approve the Board's Strategic Plan and Budget.
• Mobilize potential investment opportunities and facilitate investment partnerships on behalf of the government.
• Undertake investment promotion activities locally and internationally.

Requirements for Appointment
• Be a Kenyan Citizen.
• Have a minimum of a Diploma in industry, Trade, Business, Investment Social Sciences, and any other relevant courses from institutions recognized in Kenya.
• Possession of a degree and master's certificate will be an added advantage.
• Have knowledge and experience of at least five years in matters relating to Investments, Entrepreneurship, Development, Business, and Industry.

SkyTOP Mcarfix Ltd is looking to hire ambitious and committed County Sales Representatives to drive the acquisition and management of the Company’s business in their respective countries. The role needs strong business acumen and strategic management, strong entrepreneurial spirit and influencing skills as we are an evolving organization in the technology sector.

Duties and Responsibilities
As County Sales Representative your primary responsibilities will be:
• Identify, evaluate and verify subscribers and prospective customers within the motor vehicle ecosystem for sign-up in the mCarFix Platform
• Meet daily, monthly, weekly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
• Ensure 100% customer retention
• Drive B2B territory sales with focus on prospecting, presenting, and selling our solutions to new small, medium-sized and large businesses thereby generating net new revenue while growing existing revenue
• Uncover and understand customer requirements in order to recommend and effectively sell the Company’s products and solutions
• Market the company’s products to all players in the motor vehicle ecosystem including; motorists, spare parts dealers, motor vehicle insurance providers, motor vehicle dealers, Logbook financiers etc.
• Provide top-level and customer experience and support
• Develop and maintain country account plans and detailed financial forecasts
• Create and present accurate sales forecasts, and achieves sales targets
• When required, provide critical information key in enabling the company carry out its business in the county
• Any other duties as may be allocated from time to time

Minimum Qualifications
• Relevant College Degree
• 5+ years’ sales experience selling technology solutions
• Previous B2B sales experience
• Experience in accurately forecasting and reporting on territory /account activity
• Excellent communication skills- written and oral
• Should have a well-equipped office with reliable internet and should preferably own a car
• Conversant in the use of Microsoft Teams, Skype and Google Zoom online platforms
• Must have sound business acumen
• Must be a bona fide resident of the County for which the position is advertised.

Critical Skills
• Account planning (including account profiling), account positioning strategy, customer needs analysis, business justifications, sales opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long-range account management strategies
